Please pay close attention to product details and contact us with any questions. In the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a damaged item, please contact shop@cartiayreshay.com. Thereafter, it will be determined if you will be authorized to return an item for a store credit only.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to not accept your return. 

While we make every effort to ensure you receive your full order immediately, sometimes simultaneous orders of the same item may result in an item no longer being available prior to shipment. Instead of keeping you waiting for a re-stock, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a unique code. Our store credit will never expire and can be used towards future online purchases by entering the code in the Discount field at checkout.
